David Kolenda is a corporate associate at O’Melveny & Myer, LLP. David specializes in mergers and acquisitions and corporate contracts. Prior to law school, David taught middle school at a Catholic School and was on the founding team of an edtech startup in Silicon Valley. David graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in 2020. David also serves on the board of Bella House, a house for homeless pregnant women. David lives in Dallas, Texas with his wife and their three young children. In his free time, David enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and hiking.
