Napa Legal and Damon Neagle are hosting a nonprofit virtual roundtable on May 6, 2025.

Damon is an intellectual property attorney with over 25 years of experience in all aspects of intellectual property law, including patent, copyright and trademark prosecution, trade dress and unfair competition, licensing of IP assets, IP opinions, IP portfolio strategies and management, and IP litigation.  He is the founder and managing attorney of Design IP, an IP boutique law firm located in Allentown, Pennsylvania.

Any faith-based nonprofit leader looking to engage with other nonprofit leaders or to gain insight on common legal and technical challenges that religious organizations face should attend. Please contact events@napalegalinstitute.org with any questions.

July 23, 2025 | 2025 Annual Nonprofit Summit

Catholic organizations, including dioceses and apostolates, are the cornerstones of evangelization but they face difficult compliance responsibilities as well as religious freedom challenges. Apostolate leaders are passionate about their missions but lack the professional experience needed to keep up with legal developments and compliance requirements.

The summit will strengthen and support faith-based nonprofits' work by providing nonprofit professional formation in skills needed for legal and operational excellence and stewardship. The one-day event will feature seminars on key nonprofit issues and practices, such as employment, fundraising, and religious freedom.
