Jordan is a stakeholder at Eimer Stahl LLP in Chicago, Illinois. He works on commercial litigation, antitrust, class action, arbitration, and other commercial litigation matters. Jordan clerked for Judge James C. Ho on the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

Jordan received his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School and a B.A. in Philosophy from The George Washington University. Jordan lives with his wife, son, and daughter in the Chicago suburbs. Originally from South Jersey, he is an avid fan of the Philadelphia Eagles.
