Nathaniel M. Fouch is a judicial law clerk for Justice Pat DeWine of the Supreme Court of Ohio, and an adjunct professor of political science at Sinclair Community College. He is chairman of the Dayton Bar Association Editorial Board, a board member of the St. Thomas More Lawyers Guild of Greater Cincinnati, co-chair of its twenty-sixth Annual Red Mass (2024), and vice president of his local division of the Ancient Order of Hibernians. Nathaniel received his B.A. from Berea College, in Kentucky, and his J.D. cum laude from the University of St. Thomas School of Law, in Minnesota. His work on the Ohio Constitution, judicial federalism, and state constitutionalism has been published in the University of Dayton Law Review and the Ohio Lawyer magazine. He lives in Dayton, Ohio with his wife, Theresa, and two toddler-aged sons, with whom he can frequently be found at local libraries, hiking trails, the farmer's market, and museums. In his “spare time,” Nathaniel enjoys reading, writing, and genealogy.
