
Andrew Clubine is a lawyer for Canada's philanthropic sector and a graduate student in canon law at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. Andrew studied Literature and Philosophy (BKI) at the University of Waterloo and he holds degrees in common law (JD) and civil law (BCL) from McGill University. He is principal lawyer of Arato Legal and a member of the bars of Ontario and Quebec. Andrew was a NextGen Fellow at Cardus Institute in 2023-2024. He speaks on Bitcoin-backed philanthropy and he writes at the intersection of justice, money, and charity. Andrew and his family live between Canada and El Salvador.
