Brian serves as an Air Force JAG in Washington, D.C.  He graduated from Penn State with a B.A. in political science and wrestled on three NCAA Division I National Championship teams.

Brian earned his J.D. from Notre Dame Law School, where he was a senior articles editor and published author on the Journal of Legislation. He enjoys jiu-jitsu, hiking, brewing coffee, and cheering on the Nittany Lions and Fighting Irish in his free time. He looks forward to marrying his favorite doctor in June 2026.
