
Catherine I. Urbanek is an Associate at Sasso & Sasso, P.A. and focuses her practice on contract disputes and complex business and commercial litigation. Catherine attended Carnegie Mellon University where she was a Drama major with a concentration in Acting. After pursuing a career in the Los Angeles entertainment industry, Catherine attended Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in Malibu, California. While in school, she clerked for the Office of the Texas Attorney General in the trial-heavy Law Enforcement Defense Division. Additionally, Catherine served as President and Communications Director of the Pepperdine Caruso Federalist Society and President of the Pepperdine Women’s Legal Association.
After graduating law school, Catherine worked for a Fortune 500 title insurance company before clerking for the Honorable Joshua Mize on the Florida Sixth District Court of Appeal. She is an Allied Attorney with Alliance Defending Freedom, a Fellow with America First Legal, a Fellow with Club for Growth, and a board member of the Florida Federalist Society Young Lawyers Chapter.
Catherine is a proud Daughter of the American Revolution and a nationally ranked equestrian with the American Quarter Horse Association. She volunteers with her Catholic Church.
