Clare is currently a stakeholder at Eimer Stahl, a boutique litigation firm located in Chicago, IL. She received her B.A. from Boston University in Philosophy and Ancient Green and Latin, after which she spent two years teaching English, Latin, and Western Civilization to 6th, 8th, 9th, and 12th graders. She earned her J.D. from the University of Chicago and spent a year clerking in Miami, FL for the Honorable Judge Barbara Lagoa on the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals. Her favorite things to work on inside the office are religious liberty cases (when she can get them) and other constitutional and jurisdictional issues (when she can't). Her favorite things outside the office include spending time with her husband, hiking, photography, drawing, and anything remotely connected to the Lord of the Rings.
