Kyle Hough is an associate attorney at Tabak Law, LLC in the firm’s Veterans Benefits Division. His practice focuses on appellate litigation before the Department of Veterans Affairs Board of Veterans’ Appeals (BVA) and the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC). Kyle has helped hundreds of veterans obtain the benefits they earned through their service.

Kyle earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and his Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law. While at DePaul, he served as an officer in the International Law Society and as Editor-in-Chief of the DePaul Business and Commercial Law Journal. Prior to joining Tabak Law, Kyle clerked for the Honorable Phillip J. Koss.

Kyle currently resides in southeastern Wisconsin with his wife and young daughter. He is a member of St. Robert’s Parish in Shorewood, Wisconsin. When he is not working or spending time with family, Kyle enjoys hunting and fishing throughout Wisconsin.
