Nathan Loyd is staff counsel at the Thomas More Society in Chicago. He's had the privilege of representing many clients who have been the victims of unjust government actions infringing their free exercise and free speech rights. Among other cases, he has helped win victories for a class of over 1,200 military members asserting free exercise rights against the Coast Guard, students who were prohibited from forming a pro-life club in a Las Vegas public school, and sidewalk advocates banned from ministering to abortion-minded women near a Minneapolis abortion clinic. He also helped secure pardons from President Trump for numerous pro-life activists. Nathan is also a Major in the Air Force Reserve.
