Rob Dunikoski is a Partner at Castañeda + Heidelman LLP, where he focuses on commercial litigation, internal investigations, and other sensitive matters. Before joining C+H, Rob served as a federal prosecutor at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas and a senior legal advisor within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. Earlier in his career, Rob litigated commercial disputes at a global law firm and clerked for U.S. District Judge Jorge A. Solis. Rob is a graduate of Notre Dame Law School and the University of Dallas. Rob lives in the Dallas area with his wife, Anna, and their five children. He is licensed to practice in California, Colorado, and Texas.
