Rosario was born and raised in New York and went through careers in massage therapy and then translation before ultimately studying law in Florida. His first position after graduation was in insurance defense, followed by juvenile dependency. Now, he works in maritime law for a firm based in Miami. Throughout all of these positions, he has always strived to uphold the integrity that is expected for a practitioner of the law, inspired by the example set forth by St. Thomas More.
