Tom Witherspoon is a partner in Stinson LLP’s Banking & Financial Services division. Tom's practice focuses on FinTech, payment systems, credit and other banking and financial products. He helps clients comply with federal and state regulations, negotiates B2B financial services agreements, and drafts customer-facing terms and conditions and disclosures. He also is a frequent speaker and writer about such topics and teaches as an adjunct. Tom resides with his wife and five kids in the Kansas City suburbs.
