Joe is a senior associate with Hoffman Nies Dave & Meyer LLP in Colorado where he specializes in representing nonprofits of all sizes, assisting with governance, formation, transactions, compliance, and development. Joe earned his Juris Doctor from the University of St. Thomas in Minnesota, and his Bachelor's in philosophy and education from Benedictine College in Kansas. He and his wife, Emily, have three kids (ages 2, 3, and 4) and live in Littleton, Colorado. They are members of St. Mary Catholic Parish in Littleton, where Joe volunteers as a cantor.
