
Kyle Nazareth serves as Marketing and Content Manager at the Napa Institute, where he also co-hosts the Napa Legal Podcast. He is a 2026 Richard John Neuhaus Fellow with the Public Interest Fellowship and the Ethics and Public Policy Center, and a 2025 Good Counselor Project Fellow with the Napa Legal Institute. Prior to joining the Napa Institute, he served as Director of Research at the Catholic League for Religious and Civil Rights, where he produced reports, book reviews, and essays on philosophy, theology, law, and culture.
He received his B.A. in political science from California Lutheran University and studied philosophy at the University of Oxford through a study abroad program. He earned his J.D. cum laude from the Ohio Northern University Pettit College of Law, where he served as Symposium Issue Editor for the Harvard Journal of Law & Public Policy. After law school, he clerked for judges on the Florida District Courts of Appeal.
He is a husband and father who enjoys nature walks with his family, working out, studying Catholic philosophy and theology, and conversation with friends over the occasional cigar.
